Apartment in Claygate

This Surrey-based developer builds high-end properties with care and consideration. The development was aimed at couples downsizing from large family homes, so this two-bedroom apartment was very spacious and fitted to a high standard.

Our brief was to create a light and airy scheme that was classy and elegant, but with a modern feel. They wanted a neutral palette but with added colour, rather than just monochrome grey everywhere.

The luxurious showhome was complemented by a soft mushroom grey palette, with accents of antique mauve brought through via the cushions, throws, and accessories.

Furniture was contemporary in a mix of chrome and graphite high gloss and handpainted dove grey.
