Coastal apartment in Cornwall

I designed this apartment designed for a London-based architect, for their development of environmentally sensitive properties in Newquay. The development was built solely for local people, not second home owners or holiday lets.

As the property was a short walk from the beach, we opted for a coastal theme. But not the cliched blue and white. Instead we went for a palette of grey, sand and a soft sea-breeze green. This was offset by the cozy, mellow hues of reclaimed teak and rattan furniture.
